Preseason rules

 

Was told tonight that this steak is well done and not medium. Then the guest wanted their recook TO GO, which defeats the whole purpose cause that actually will be well done when you reheat it later.

I get that the lighting on the patio isn’t as bright as inside and it’s hard to tell visually, but if she took literally one bite she would’ve realized it was perfect. Instead she’s gonna ruin her own steak experience but blame us lmao

Eh by definition medium is good imo but the problem is that it’s a very fine line between well done or medium rare and a lot of places fuck it up and their medium turns out well done

If a place does it correctly medium rare but sometimes that comes out rare so I go medium a lot.
