Having a blast in New Orleans. My morning walk on the garden district was sublime. Gumbo and potato salad last night was excellent, mom also made a blueberry cobbler for dessert, and my step pops is making red beans and rice from scratch tonight. This restaurant is fuckin iconic and I feel VERY prepared for this course and exam, I’ve likely already learned like 70% of this from the lead Somms and weekly tasting sessions at my job

We set alarms to wake up at 8 and it didn't matter because Laura and I woke up at 5 and 5:45 respectively anyway so we are now packed too early to want to get a cab for our flight AMA
