mega late to the convo but have to share this from like 12ish years ago. My friend was getting married and the wedding was on the brides family's land way outside of Dallas. We spent the morning going out and shooting targets and stuff, and her dad brought out this insane AR that was completely kitted out (assuming very illegally) and he was showing off the scopes and said "and this scope is so we can see when Obama sends out agents to steal our land, we can take them out from far away and switch to this one when they get closer" and I had to fight the urge to not laugh in his face.

 

I have a couple thoughts now that I’m back home

1) Yes to gun training and Alexions. I LOATHE guns, but what I hate even more is people being an idiot about guns. And I love bars

2) What do I want Josh specifically to do about any of this? This left me with an image in my head of him leading a forklift rebellion driving up Pennsylvania ave, using slatwalls as poorly constructed shields etc etc. I had a good laugh thinking about it.
