looks great and zero maintenance other than power washing once in a while. You’ll be complaining about painting a wood fence in 100 degree heat.

We had to redo our fence a couple of years ago and we share with 3 fucking houses. that sucked trying to convince my neighbors that they needed to pitch in for the fence that was no longer standing

 

In a few years it will look bad and need painting

 

Yeah we just have one shared side luckily. She’s a nice neighbor

luckily 1 was a rental so the management company basically didn't even confirm and sent me the money, one neighbor was an asshole, the other was nice... so a wash

 

Then don’t bother and move to Lancaster already

 

I don’t have a yard or a fence but I do have a 70+ year old neighbor who shows me photos ON HER PHONE THAT SHE TOOK of my cats when I’m not home
