There is an etiquette to this in terms of how long you lay on your horn but the issue is some people are just savages who don’t speak that language and perceive any redirection attempt as conflict

but typically I do the shortest cutest honk for “excuse me I hate to bother you”, 3 short honks for “hey HEADS UP”, and if someone’s being a super dick I lay on it for 2-3 seconds which is unnecessary and petty but yeah that’s usually how I divide it

I went the last two years, and we got hit with a tornado 2 years ago, and a torential downpour last year. Last year had a great lineup for us on the day we went though. Get Up Kids, Motion City Soundtrack, Relient K, Something Corporate.
