Final house results now that all 5 have come back.

The dude wanted us to include an Appraisal Gap guarantee which, we've done some crazy shit but that just ain't happening

I sorta get it as someone whose house was in a bidding war...like, what good is $30-50-100k over asking if it appraised lower than those. Someone can offer a price they have no intention of paying just to "win".

I know its why we took the offer we did (no inspection, etc...only an appraisal), cause the one that basically said they'd do highest asking +3% wanted an inspection, I knew the house wasnt gonna appraise like $25k over asking, and it was just one more nuisance step where a buyer could walk

 

I get why they want, but that's just a line I can't cross. Disassociating from the value of the house entirely is just too far lol

Frances tested positive today. Was mostly good all day but it’s hit her like a truck now. Won’t go to sleep, her congestion is rough and she has a 100 fever. Feel so bad.
