I need to decide to sell or rent out my dad's house I inherited. I've been putting things off since I got to Florida last month

Kinda want to rent it out in case I ever want to move back. I moved from Florida 10 years ago and don't see that happening anytime soon. But I also think I can make more year over year investing the funds from the sale

Also don't want to be a landlord, even though I'd hire a property manager

I get why you’d think this but right now Baltimore and Philly are fuckin heaven for the kind of music I’m making. Bands blowing up all the time

right lol i just have to imagine that is the case in those towns as well but at a much cheaper cost of living. maybe sacrificing a bit on the music front to get a much better situation on the cost of living front.

 

i can definitely see the idea of renting it being enticing especially in a place like florida but ultimately its probably gonna be way more trouble than its worth even if you hire a PM. sell that shittttttttttt
