Haha well I’m saying compared to even most sit down restaurants. You have a lot more traditional “rules” to follow if you want your restaurant to be rated highly by Michelin and Forbes. Its also customary for fine dining to be split into more smaller courses and to describe more things verbally to the customer.

Some people do come in and just want an entree and one drink and that’s it, but it’s the exception not the norm. Usually that’s like one person who walked in by themselves without knowing we’re a fancy ass restaurant, or a hotel guest who’s super busy with business and probably on their phone or sending emails half the time they’re dining

 

Occasionally you’ll get a really old couple celebrating their anniversary and they just like share one app and share one meal and only one of them has one drink, that happens for sure

I looked up Randall’s restaurants reviews and I like to think when they mention a good server they are talking about Randall.

I had leftover duck for lunch and it was still so good

Gonna be thinking about that duck for so long, one of those meals that makes you not shut up about it for the rest of your life

 

I had a duck bao bun in Denver last year and I think about it weekly. Max won’t send me any.
