Feels like actual Friday. My job gon be BUSY today for a Thursday.

A 30 person table is on the books and that’s gonna pull two other servers off the floor so everything else that comes in is gonna be all me. In reservations alone I’ll have 28 people tonight which is like, my usual workload on a casual Friday/Saturday, but that’s not including walk ins.

Might not sound like a lot but 1) fine dining has a lot of steps 2) often all but a few of those people come in between 6pm and 8pm so it’s condensed, not spread out 3) it really depends how many tables as well, it’s easier if it’s four-five person tables I can serve at once than if it’s all two tops that all need separate greets and timing
