If you try in MA to get an accepted offer on a house in a good town which includes an inspection … you will not be buying a house in a good town.

@Donnie Ruth - The Tewksbury house was such a letdown. It looked way better in the photos vs. reality. It wasn’t bad, we’re probably gonna put an offer in on it, it’s just older and not nearly as finished as it seemed.

 

I drove by today actually haha - damn. Might as well still put in an offer and see what happens. Hopefully other buyers were let down too and it helps your cause even if you didn’t love it as much as you’d hope
