i have nothing going on at work but it's a little too early to leave. hmm

 

I am never not looking for my next job. I want things to work out where I'm at now, but who knows what's out there or what will happen.

 

I had an interview Wednesday that went well and I have an in at the company so waiting to hear back from that. If they don’t hire me I’m applying to anything and everything.

i found it very difficult to casually look for a new job until i was completely devoted and committed to wanting to find a new job. just kinda feel like always being on the lookout for the next thing is going to make the current situation miserable, or more so than it already might be.

I just want to listen to the new Deafheaven album, but I had to leave work early to meet my landlord and the exterminators at my apartment and was there longer than I thought. Now I have to be at work in about an hour and I still need to eat something decent today so now I am sad

What is the salary on this job that expects to work approximately 2x as much as I currently do and wants me to travel on 3/4 of the weekends in a year?

 

$16-$18 an hour

used to be $12-$14 an hour

not to be a corporate simp or whatever, the job absolutely sucks, but those guys really shouldn't have to spend much if any of their own money while they're on the road and the work is kinda bullshit lol
