Honestly remains to be seen what the extent of the damage is. Fucking sucks. He's the best technician I've got. We started the same month forever ago. He's already got a bad knee before this, soooooo.

 

Haven't filed a worker's comp claim in probably 8 years, and doing so twice this week. Cursed week all around. Air compressor that handles all of the vehicle lifts and any air powered equipment or tools is also intermittently quitting today. I'm ready to call it and go home.

Once the initial panic settled a BIT and he was sitting upright, we were getting ready to lift him and get him to a vehicle, and I let him know he still had a leg. No one laughed. My BAD!

When my dad had cancer, a while into his chemotherapy, I would visit him at his house and I went once without Laura, and we had a good time and when I was on the way home I called Laura to let her know, and she asked how my dad was doing and I went "I have really bad news...he has cancer" and she did not find it funny
