Solid area and I like that house! Shawsheen is a little busier road just because it's the road between Main Street & the Dascomb Rd highway ramp so that would really be the only *flaw* if you didn't want to be on a main road. I'm assuming not a big deal for you guys, and "close to highway" is prob more of a perk for most haha

You're literally right next to Tree House too, and of course Market Basket which is ideal. My wife's parents house is a few minutes away and according to GPS it says 9 minutes from me but I would consider you 5 minutes away lol

 

Yeah, the only thing I don't really like is when you walk through the front door it's like BAM! STAIRS
