The house is really pretty IMO honestly but I just could not put up with maintaining that much land (also why I would need to sell my dad's house if I inherited it)

Speaking of which if/when I do inherit it I will sell it to you if you want lmao, it also has a ton of land and a pond alongside local deer and ducks and stuff
