Any time I see a Zillow listing the first thing I do is look at the kitchen and see what kind of space there is to work with in there and what the general flow of it is

I don't actually mind the driving, I just think the price should reflect that at least a little. Dallas is at least 30 minutes and Fort Worth is 40 minutes on a really good day.
