i considered one of those is for lovers fests a couple years ago in kansas since the wonder years were headlining but didn't go and it worked out because there were thunderstorms that screwed everything up anyway

Tbf Warped being in Dallas should have been shut down so many times

a guy i work with flew out to vegas for the first year if WWWY fest and it got cancelled day of bc of wind so he just came home lol

I only go to Coachella cause no artists actually come to Fresno so if I go to Coachella fest I can see artists I wouldn’t see and also ticket prices are getting insane

there’s like a resurgence of those like nu metal and rock bands from the 2000’s. They are all doing arena tours.

A positive house hunting update: The people buying our house have agreed to rent it back to us until we find a new place.

Frees up our proceeds and removes the house sale contingencies from our offers so it’s a big positive.

Never been to a festival (warped doesn’t count Josh) except working firefly one year when I was a general manager at chipotle.

Went to bed at midnight and woke up at 7:30.

I've been to a few festivals here and there

Lollapalooza is probably the most major one I'll have ever been to though. Austin City Limits with Kanye (RIP) with the MBDTF wall comes close but I know it's not considered one of the most major ones like Lolla

 

cause it’s one day, you don’t have to stay overnight. I don’t make the rules.

The festival aspect comes from it being a big gathering with more things than just the music and being all day more than being overnight IMO
