You could think you’re eating “healthy” and still eat a fuck load of salt. Every single ingredient at chipotle is loaded with salt. If you got a chicken salad with a few salsas and guac you’re probably eating almost 2 tablespoons of salt especially if you use the vinaigrette dressing.
