We want to add a fence and eventually an addition to make a nice big ass bedroom for us with a giant bathroom and closet.

I had architectural drawings done to redo the upstairs bathrooms back in February of 2020 and well we didn’t execute on the plan because of the world ending. Need to do that.

The dude across the street doesn't have gutters as well, so I dunno. Looks like the houses down the street have gutters. Maybe they removed them recently because the tree leaves/branches were clogging them? I usually just pay some dude to go up on the roof with a leaf blower.

so much stuff at our house was relatively new when we bought it but it was also very very cheap, and ugly

we'd also like to replace basically all of the sinks and countertops too

and we still need to install a vent hood above the oven

My take is more that he and Nick Cross are both a lot better in the box (and Blackmon looked solid in the Eberflus/Cover 2 FS role early on) and looked varying degrees of lost in the Gus Bradley single high role, and Blackmon was the less bad of the two at free safety so he got moved there. Wouldn’t surprise me if injuries played a factor in that decision too - I read he played with a torn labrum for most of the year even though he was in that lower contact role when it happened.

There’s also insinuations that he was a/the leak to the press about all the Richardson locker room BS - which probably tracks because I’d be pissed off too if I was playing with a torn labrum and my QB found varying reasons to sit - and has fallen out of favor with the FO.

Regardless, wish him the best and he seems like a good candidate to be a change of scenery guy if he can stay healthy
