cool was just making sure it wasn't another....i can't remember their name lol. They released an album that was long as fuck last year and it was just like, generic emo/pop-punk

 

Big feels. It’s so easy to convince yourself that you’re too tired or not in the right headspace. I think you just gotta push through. I haven’t played in weeks and, even though I only got to play for about 15 minutes today, it felt cool. It was fun and I just really need that right now in my life

Yeah these Friday practices I’m doing with my drummer before work in DC are ideal mood lifts right before I work a busy weekend, I definitely come away with the conclusion that the hour and a half is worth it even though it’s short. We wrote drums to song 3 (out of 5) of my solo EP today. That’s more content to mix it up on tour and help us fit folky / alt country artists (might be very useful in the Bible Belt south & Appalachia)

I have a perpetual and brutal fear of ever informing a restaurant my order is wrong. I just can’t.

Tonight we ordered a pizza and buffalo tenders from a local pizza place. They absolutely did not give us buffalo tenders. It was covered in some other sauce? Mango habanero?

So I went against my everything and called, went back and swapped out for the buffalo. My biggest fear happened: the owner looked at our tenders, tasted it, and claimed it was buffalo. And said I was wrong. We got these literally last week. We know what their buffalo tastes like.

The worst part? The owner is in the same fantasy baseball league as me and we draft Sunday.

I need to die. I can’t continue.

 

Some lady at the brewery is gliding around on one of these. Gonna buy one.
