Good joke except it’s not accurate, Ed Reed might be the worst tackling NFL defender who was still considered good, of all time lol

he was so elite at reading the QB it made up for it but it was also hilarious how soft of a tackler he was lol

 

Might need to do a Troy Polamalu safety check now

That’s low key why I put Polamalu above Reed, maybe he wasn’t as good at strictly freelancing his way to interceptions (Reed is the best player of the Super Bowl era at that skill) but his skillset was so much more complete. He could make the most insane finesse diving interception from way across the field, he could also bulldoze blockers and hit harder than any DB in the league at the time
