Throw this post some likes for me for the algorithm? Long story short instagram / Meta is stupid and has compatibility issues with the newest model of the iPhone. I had to keep uploading and deleting this and eventually learned that when I edit someone else’s video in any way, IG doesn’t recognize how iPhone codes the audio and just deletes the audio. Finally got the audio to fucking work and then it’s saying I can’t boost the post cause the quality is too low. This of course is also IG just stupidly smashing video quality LOWER than normal if it’s given a video that’s too large, instead of just telling you it’s too large and to shrink and re-upload

now this is like the 5th version of this post and I bet the algorithm won’t show it to anybody unless it gets several likes in the first hour. I know this all sounds stupid and crazy but I promise you as someone who’s been promoting like this for awhile this is how it is

 

Being honest yall, I liked my iPhone SE2 way more than the new one, new one is stupid. More powerful camera but horrible at adjusting to sunlight. More powerful audio files but they upload worse to social media because they’re too big. maybe we’ve gone too far with how much we expect a phone to do / how much bottlenecking and environmental damage is acceptable when data from that phone goes to a data center

not gonna sit here and be made to believe all crinkle cut fries are bad. simply a low quality thought. shake shack fries are great. they are not superior, but they get the job done just fine.
