my sister did this for her september trip and now i get to sleep on a couch at saratoga springs

they bought someone's unused DVC points and used them to book and it was much cheaper than booking direct

 

Dvc is Disney vacation club. It’s essentially a timeshare program. But people that don’t use them or have unused points can sell them and the buyer can use them to book a vacation.

I think the cost for our trip was gonna be like 10k if we went through the hotel and booked but buying someone’s unused points we paid like 6400.
