someone should put together a 70-80 episde cut of the show. Would be a ton of work but think there’d be huge benefit.

 

I honestly just have no desire to give anything J.J. Abrams created 121 episodes lol

 

Lost is objectively good, but a lot of it gets borderline silly near the end. Both things are true. Its still one of the best shows of all time and imo sticks the landing perfectly at the end.

 

No reason to watch lost in 2025. Friday night lights absolutely holds up though. Watched it last year.

The year has nothing to do with it. Theres no reason to watch breaking bad in 2025 yet many will. Its a sci fi show in the old format of 25 episode seasons. Of course theres filler. Theres worse 10 episode shows on today that people trip over themselves to watch than Lost ever was.

Loved lost at the time. It’s 75% filler though. Tried to rewatch it a few years ago and gave up after season 1.
