I find recording music to be far more engaging and stimulating than sitting down and watching a movie

I’ve never been good at just sitting still and shutting up while media is displayed at me

Sports work well though cause it’s constant suspense and plenty of downtime to check my phone and shit

 

you are in control of choosing a movie that will keep you engaged

 

im the one making all of the sounds lol how does that not make sense that it’s more engaging for me

 

I encourage people who tell autistic people that 2-3 hours is not a lot of time to just sit down and watch more to take 2-3 hours that they would otherwise watch a movie with and instead learn more about the autism spectrum

 

There’s an entire genre of movies called suspense

and if you’re in a theater, in the dark, you don’t look at your phone

 

2-3 hours is not a lot of time. It’s fine if you don’t want to spend your time that way. But it’s not a lot of time.
