Car repair place said they'd have our car done by closing time yesterday, now it won't be ready until Monday morning. We are stuck at home all weekend with no car and a toddler. Should be fun

Feel your pain. This happened to me two weeks ago except I had to bite the cost of a rental for the whole time because I was getting it fixed at a place near my job which is 40 minutes away and I still had to work.

 

Oof yeah that's rough. We told ourselves to be strong, we can handle one weekend inside. Already dropping like $3k of repairs so uh quite fine with not spending anymore
