Well yeah I have to defend my dad

 

Some people are just too god damn stupid. We have to print claims to a PDF for our client and for some reason this one patient’s claims won’t print. The client then goes “can’t you just save the file and send it and then we can print it to PDF”. Like no we can’t!!! It won’t print how would we save it??!!!

It could be worse. I've witnessed people physically print a PDF only to then scan it as a PDF on the copier and save that copy instead.
