It was cool but our drum teacher was insanely talented and played in like 7 different professional drum lines and wrote the most difficult parts ever. I legit learned most of the stuff by ear instead of reading the music.

 

According to the film Drumline, that is not acceptable.

 

Wanted to be in percussion when we picked instruments in elementary school and because my last name was near the end of the alphabet they already had too many kids sign up for percussion so I had to pick something else. Always wonder what if

I saw Death Grips once and I pretended to like Death Grips for so long for the ~vibes~ and in retrospect I cannot get into them at all

But they could be good "just wanna throw shit" songs

 

First Avatar was visually stunning and I thought it was pretty good, but the second time I watched it I remember getting bored and thinking it was way too long.

Yeah turns out she wanted it really bad and the VP made it clear she wasn’t thought of as a good fit for it and she’s openly pissed and feuding with the VP now.

 

I played the drums in like 4th grade or something, but I wasn't into it at all. I do remember banging the bass drum on stage for something once, but I was all the way in the back and that was the extent of my musical performances.
