Starting be real annoyed with Josh for telling me about BTTF going back to theaters because I saw that they're also doing it in IMAX and I kinda do want to go now, but the nearest IMAX to me is over an hour away

I 100% got this from the last two restaurants that fired me lol.

1) the first one, that fired me over a negative customer review filled with nothing but lies, including a dismissive quote that the manager actually said to their face, but got blamed on me:

dropped by their parent company, Foreman Wolf on my birthday last year, went out of business a year later lmao

2) the second one, that a manager fired me cause she didn’t like me and had no idea what was actually going on anytime I’d raise an issue to her attention:

she got fired shortly afterward for poor staffing & favoritism, and the hotel immediately lost its 1-Michelin Key that it just earned, leaving the hotel/restaurant I work at now as the only Michelin rated establishment between DC and NYC

pierce the veil played the big outdoor amphitheater this summer that like Drake and the big country acts play. I have never heard a second of their music but had no idea they were that big.

 

they were never that big at the peak of that scene with bands like A Day To Remember. this has gotta be some tiktok bullshit

 

a day to remember and Yellowcard are playing where the Penguins play next week, also had no idea they could book a place that big, seems insane

 

I'm shocked Pierce The Veil is still doing stuff. Bad Omens being big is 100% a right place right time. They have some good tracks and the dude has a great voice, but yeah, they catapulted like Sleep Token out of nowhere. I think youtube/tiktok really has helped some of these bands.
