On my phone, in texts, etc. I use a skin shade that more accurately reflects my own....one of the more tan ones. On teams or whatever, I just use yellow because I'm not putting in effort to change it, but I would not assume someone dislikes other people based only on them changing it, regardless of what color they change it to.
