Meeting over, we talked it out for a while and I did tell him I currently want to leave and would like for things to be in a better place for me to be able to stay but that right now I feel like I have to leave, he wants me to stick it out till 2026 due to more concrete plans being in place for that but understands if I have to go earlier than that. I'd say it went well. I told him that my physical health has been declining due to my mental heath declining due to the current state of the job and we went through ways to mitigate those stressors and better delegate those issues and find additional help for em.

Going to still apply elsewhere but not going to rush out the door immediately unless something comes up that I feel comfortable accepting. My ideal situation is staying but in better circumstances so I'm hoping those get met
