having a relatively meh first 6 months at my new role to the point where I'm actively not enjoying it. lots of opportunities but our team is new and incredibly unorganized. My boss is one of those people where if you deliver something, she immediately has 2-4 follow up tasks. Always 10 steps ahead of where we actually are at any given time. Just super overwhelming when I already have so much shit to do. Really nice lady but she's super ADHD and I think it's impacting the team.

 

Might fire up some Matchbox today too

 

I'm thankful to have a job because it's fucking ROUGH out there but man it's a huge drag right now
