Finding out that doing on call was just a sneaky way of paying me only 50 extra bucks to work a double from home. I do more work on call at night then I do during my regular shifts. It wasn't bad at first, then like week 3 of doing it they gave us a new account and I am getting 4 calls an hour between midnight and 3AM

My salary usually includes a 7% bonus which is nice, but in years past when company was doing great we’d get like 160%+ of our % bonus and that was sick. This year I just hope I don’t get laid off
