I had DeAndre Hopkins table, a 10 person table celebrating a birthday, a 4 person table celebrating a birthday, and another 4 person table celebrating an engagement all sit down roughly the same time…. Service still on point. Nobody waited long for anything & I was able to prioritize so the tables drinking and talking were behind the tables that I wanted to ensure got expedient service (for example Hopkins probably eats at fancy restaurants often and knows what to expect, I had to make SURE nothing was delayed and nothing was sloppy.) manager is very reserved about compliments but she went outta her way to tell me I “crushed it tonight for how much volume I handled at once.” Hell yeah.
Also a bunch of families came together and the parents hung out by the bar and let their kids all sit together and the kids just ran up and down the aisles and yelled and threw popcorn and were just generally bad. Just do not understand that from the parents.
