Like gaslight as much as the next guy (okay maybe less than Dave) but he has been a terrible guest on podcasts with good hosts so I don’t think I’ll be listening to him on a podcast with a bad host

 

A college friend was from the LA area and I think he said he graduated with somewhere around 2,000.

My high school Spanish teacher was this silly little guy and I had him for 2 years. He called me “Jard” for 2 years and I never corrected him, until on the last day of school someone finally told him he’s been saying it wrong

I can’t even think about this without dying inside

 

I've got this guy in the waiting area now. He had an 8am appointment yesterday. Shows up at like 1pm and casually tries to hand me the keys and get his appointment going. I'm like "uhhh" and he goes "oh yeah, my flight got in late last night so I didn't wake up early today." OK man, but you know phones exist and you can call to reschedule/check if a later time is good?

So he reschedules for 8am today. Then he shows back up at 4pm yesterday and says "hey can we do now instead? I was in the area for another errand." No, guy, we cannot.

Then he shows up ten minutes ago today, 9:15am. Hands me the keys, I stare at him and hit him with the same "uhhh" and he says "I had a package to pick up at the post office and they didn't open until 9."

What the hell??? So at this point I just take the keys and proceed with the appointment. But please tell me none of you are this way in your daily lives?

 

i have 0 patience for people who are late or irresponsible with appointments. woulda told him to pound sand and go somewhere else.
