Good point. Yeah I’m pretty much the standard setter who teaches formal etiquette and steps of service, how to fold napkins and set tables perfectly, how to ring stuff in the computer, how to use your eyes to keep track of what’s going on so you can prioritize tasks and prevent issues, etc
