Definitely closer to the first one but still its own thing. Thought it had a lot of good commentary on faith and their current social/political environment we live in. Everyone acted their ass off too but that’s standard for this series.
Felt very lucky it was showing here. Also at a theater we’ve never been to before and I liked it. Nice chairs and really big screens.
I liked it more than glass onion but it’s not as good as knives out and won’t be on my year end list.
Yeah I was thinking I remembered it being like top of the iTunes Charts around then. I guess I bought it at some point in some iTunes bundle but hadn’t watched til tonight
I’d say the margin is thin between the 2 for me but I felt like this one was more impactful for me for some reason. Josh O’Connor was so good
