Lol no. He’s just new and not really trying very hard which is odd. Tasks that should take 30 seconds are taking 8 hours. He seems more concerned with making friends than getting stuff done.

 

I had a guy like that, he ended up kissing ass enough to get a job in a different department, and then that department got folded. I hope the same happens for you with this guy
