Soooo the guy involved in Jocelyn's accident a few months back is going after our insurance company for a diminished value claim. Our insurance already determined that Jocelyn wasn't at fault, and we both went through our own insurances (they totaled ours, apparently, he got his repaired??)

I'm pretty sure our insurance company will tell him to fuck off, but I'm willing to bet that the guy is then going to try and sue us/the insurance company. Cool cool
