Trevor Lawrence is 100% not playing good right now, that much is true. There are situational reasons but he also should be better despite them if he’s ever gonna be a Good Quarterback.

However the entire football community acting like he’s never been good and has never shown progress is so revisionist and ignorant it’s not even worth responding to. He hasn’t “always sucked” he has regressed



and that blame falls on the organization for having no real stability, failing coaches who took no accountability and lost the team’s morale (before Liam), poor development conditions with shitty line + receivers and no better than average rushing attack his whole career, a defense that was good twice falling apart mid-season twice, etc etc. if we had simply handled his development properly and responded appropriately the times of adversity he has faced, he probably wouldn’t be sucking right now!

 

I really wonder if Doug never lazily gave play calling duties to shitty ass Press Taylor, whether Carson Wentz and Trevor Lawrence would actually be good QBs by now lol. Both performed their best when Doug was calling the plays and promptly TANKED under Press’s tutelage, that cannot be a coincidence lol. Horrible that after winning a Super Bowl all Doug did is ruin two franchise QBs and piss off two organizations in the process with his ridiculously stubborn refusal to reconsider

I met up with a guy who is moving out of his apartment and was giving everything out for free. Filled up the jeep with books, movies, clothes, magazines, puzzles, board games, camping gear, weights. Stand to make a few hundred bucks and keep some of the stuff for me
