Ah, that's exciting. I'm glad to hear that. For some reason I always thought of Laura not liking dogs but maybe I am misremembering.

 

She didn't for a while and living in a house together has taught us that what she doesn't like is large dogs that aren't behaved well and caused her to warm up to a smaller dog (and me as well)

 

I get that. I can't stand it when people put zero effort into how their pets behave and a big dog makes it so much worse. At least with the ankle biters, they are easy to ignore. I'm glad you found the right pup.
