I know you have to do it these days but man waiving inspection could cost you tens of thousands later.

 

We do it sparingly. It sucks that it’s even allowed to be done. Like that should be required for every home sale. If cars require inspections for sales idk why houses don’t.

We waived it for the house we own now and the first thing we did is got it inspected afterwards to get ahead of any problems that we may have missed.
