for reference, up to halloween last year, my case queue was basically at 15 cases and most days i’d finish the amount of cases that came in that day, so even though nothing was really late ever, i wasn’t really making gains either

since the end of january my case queue is at 0 by end of day almost every day, save days where i have appointments or whatever, and then it’s just one or two that can be made up throughout the week
