Okay so in the master is that a big window behind the curtain or a closet or what's going on there? It says 2 full baths and a 3/4 but only one full is pictured so is it really a 1.75? That back porch connect to the side one off the kitchen?

Does the house have gutters or is that not a thing in Massachusetts? I'd be concerned with water flowing off the roof and pooling up against the foundation. wtf.

The curtain is a closet. Main bedroom is in the finished basement.
There’s two bathrooms total
The decks do connect

 

I don’t know about the gutters but worst case that can’t be an expensive fix lol

We got ours replaced a few years ago. I think it was just under a $1,000

 

Unless you're handy and can do it yourself, gutters are stupidly expensive to get installed for what they are

 

Not expensive to add gutters but years of hydrostatic pressure from water sitting against the foundation can be costly if there is damage there. Hopefully not.

 

Looking at 30-50k to add bracing if your wall is bowed in

our current short term project to do list includes:

-replace light fixtures in dining room, entry way, laundry room, hallway, office and main bathroom (they're all just old and ugly)
-replace light fixture with ceiling fan in guest room
-replace front door and side yard exterior light fixtures
-clean and repair the shed in the backyard
-light landscaping in this area between the entry sidewalk and the garage
-gutters

long-term/will likely hire someone to do:
- replace entire fence from chain link to privacy
- paint house and trim (kelsey mentioned maybe whitewashing the brick)
- add built in shelves/cabinets to living room
