Some things really make me feel out of touch with most people and half the people I’m friends with on Instagram/Facebook going to see Matt Rife this weekend is one of them.

Have two offers so far. Offer deadline is this evening. So we'll see what the best one is. We put an aggressive offer in on a house so fingers crossed both ends work out.
