I think I was just very rude to one of our student workers. Nothing she did wrong and I apologized. I'm just so annoyed with the way things work around here sometimes. I was about to be transferred a call (during a time when I'm not even supposed to be taking calls) from a guy already threatening legal action about something we have no control over and instead of the person who might actually be able to deal with it, taking the call, the student worker was told to give it to me. I then got up and said some things and went into the other person's office to have them take the call, which they eventually did, but like why go through this. I think the student should be smart enough to know that I'm actually mad at the other person because they do this all the time, but I still feel bad.
