The issue is, being responded to based off something I never said and explicitly tried to clarify I wasn’t saying. At a certain point, when that happens repeatedly and there’s a misfire between what I want to communicate and how it’s perceived, I want to understand what went wrong. I think it’s on both sides. There are things I definitely do wrong with communication. But this time I was literally chilling, I tried to find issues with how I communicated or what my tone / temperament was and I do think this time it was a reach, I didn’t just blurt out some shit that didn’t make sense or start getting rude. The Reagan comment, okay, fine, but I was obviously being sarcastic and i immediately said “yeah I know that’s not actually what you’re saying, I just said it to make a point”
