i saw them at warped right after scary kids scaring kids in like 2005. swing swing kind of hit with a huge crowd

 

band has always absolutely blown chunks

 

I guess I don’t understand why it’s a problem that a band makes a living off of one song or album. Good for them I say.

 

it's not a problem i just think it sucks. no one is hurt by it

 

I think most bands would kill to have one hit the size of "Gives you Hell", and they would all play it into the sunset. AAR somehow managed like 3-4 monster hits over their careers. They're gonna play those songs, obviously. Good for them.

also, they're not one hit wonders. they put out 2 albums after move along. but they literally have not released an album since I was in high school.

they're barely even putting out music! that's what i'm saying lol they offer, IMO, no value outside of old shit

ok so i didn't actually know he was from there, but he was mentioned at the country music hall of fame. i looked him up and he has a live at cain's ballroom album so i assumed he was from oklahoma. i haven't listened yet but i downloaded some of his stuff
