I don't really have a set PTO amount, we accrue PTO every paycheck, but it's a fucking dogshit amount lol, like 2.8 hours. It takes me 3 full paychecks to accrue 1 god damn day

Regarding PTO: I get 5 weeks vacation plus random other time that usually adds up to like a week and a half to 2 weeks depending on how many late nights I work
