my sharks are in a rebuild mode right now so I’m just kinda watching for fun but I’m excited to get back into it

 

I also just care less and less about sports each year. Football is the easiest to pay attention to because it’s basically just sundays.

 

baseball is cool just because it’s just a podcast every day if you don’t feel like watching the game lol

not the baseball thing lol i tried last year and it was miserable

 

Baseball is so incredibly boring to watch on TV

 

Except for maybe the World Series. Can’t imagine tuning in to a random regular season game

not to be a boomer but i hate a lot of the changes they've made recently. like on paper you would think they'd help make it more entertaining as a tv product but they just don't lol.

 

Don’t watch a ton of baseball anymore either but the pitch clock 100% helped.

 

minor league baseball is superior to mlb tho

especially being at the stadium cause vibes are amazing and prices are usually good

 

same, pitch clock, play review, runner on 2nd, etc all take away from the fun and frustration of the game that make them worth watching

 

the rule changes were dumb. some people like the pace of baseball and some dont. maybe making it possible for fans to watch their local team would be a better way to grow the sport then cut the game length by 15 minutes at the risk of more injuries

 

I love baseball but I can’t watch it on TV lol and can’t go to games either cause I can’t support the Rockies so it’s lose lose

 

that’s also just a regional issue for me. the closest team is the braves lol. if charlotte gets a team like its rumored to be in contention for i’ll become a day 1

 

is their any minor league teams in the area?

the Fresno grizzlies are actually the minor affiliate of the Rockies lol

 

as someone that watches baseball games regularly i legit cant notice the difference w the amount of time before and after either

 

Sorry but baseball is only good if there’s nothing on at your friends house while you shit talk or, you want something on while you nap. Nothing in between, but stats are fun to look at

 

They’re used to be the Sky Sox in Colorado Springs and I would go to their games sometimes. They’re now called the Rocky Mountain Vibes lmao and are an independent league team after the MLB killed minor league baseball

 

I’ve loved the rule changes and it honestly got me back into baseball

was incredibly spoiled as a kid growing up rooting for the red wings. Now I would not wish that upon anyone.

 

I for sure think the pitch clock has worsen the health of pitchers a lot.
