when we were selling our home in Dallas we had TWO people back out at the last minute which fucked us over horribly because of similar deals.

when we bought the same house we went through the full process and in the last week before closing our dumbass agent decided that he was missing a metric ton of shit to get us signed off from the underwriter and we almost lost the house because of his incompetence. it's such a shitty experience from both sides.
